Each year Career Technical Education is required to submit data to complete the four reports listed below.
101 E -1 Report: CTE program completion information. The report counts all participants of a program area by CBEDS code. It then breaks the numbers down further into five additional areas. The following guide will help you break down the information and understand how the participants are counted. Data is compiled on previous fiscal year enrollment.
101 E - 2 Report: CTE placement information on completers. The information that we gather is to show employment in a related/unrelated field, continuing education in a related/unrelated field, and active military. Data is on previous fiscal year concentrators, 6 months after graduation.
CDE 20: Enrollment Report. Unduplicated count of adults meeting the economically disadvantaged career technical education enrollment criteria.
CDE 21: Annual Fall Term Enrollments.

- Participant: An adult CTE participant is a student who is enrolled in a CTE pathway.
- Concentrator: An adult CTE concentrator is a student who has completed 50 percent of the pathway. A pathway must consist of not less than two CTE courses with a combined duration of not less than 300 hours.
- Capstone Course: The last course in a planned sequence of CTE courses necessary for employment in an identified occupation.
- Total Capstone: Students who have completed a CTE program
